Sourdough Starter

My sourdough

I use this starter for all of my sourdough products.
Originally cultivated from organic raisins, this starter has been lovingly cared for for almost seven years.

It is a living culture — and the magic behind the rich, complex flavour of my bread.

Basic Sourdough
Bread

Available in Large and Small sizes

A naturally fermented sourdough loaf with a crisp crust and soft, open crumb.
Slow fermentation develops rich flavour and gentle acidity, making it perfect for daily use — from breakfast toast to hearty sandwiches.

Handmade in small batches, each loaf has its own character while maintaining consistent quality.
