My bread journey began over 15 years ago with Tomasz, a devoted sandwich lover who struggled to find good bread in the UK. Around the same time, I discovered Dan Lepard’s book on sourdough, which sparked a deep passion for baking. What started as curiosity quickly became a daily joy.

This gallery features a variety of my handmade breads, including sourdough and hearty, crusty loaves – all baked with care and love.
